Visto

Las actuaciones obrantes en el Expediente Letra S Nº 59/18, referente al Llamado a Licitación Privada para adjudicar la “ADQUISICION DE UNA BATEA PARA CAMION PARA EL PARTIDO DE MAGDALENA, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES”.

Considerando

Que a tal fin se tramita la LICITACIÓN PUBLICA Nº 02/18 cuya APERTURA se efectuó con fecha Febrero 21 del corriente año, a las 10.00 horas y NO se contó con la presentación de oferente alguno.

Por ello;

EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES,

D E C R E T A

ARTICULO 1ro.: DECLÁRESE DESIERTA la Licitación Privada para adjudicar la “ADQUISICION DE UNA BATEA PARA CAMION PARA EL PARTIDO DE MAGDALENA, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES”, y fundamentado en los considerandos del presente Decreto.-

ARTICULO 2do.: El presente Decreto será refrendada por el Sr. Secretario de Hacienda Municipal Cr. Andrés García.-

ARTICULO 3ro.: Comuníquese a quienes corresponda, dése al Registro Municipal y archívese.-
