Visto
La Ordenanza N° 12/90 mediante la cual la comuna implementa en el Hospital Municipal la Carrera Profesional Hospitalaria conforme la Ley 10.471, modificatorias y ampliatorias, y -
Considerando
Que Corresponde abonar las remuneraciones que establece la misma con sus respectivas actualizaciones.-
Por ello, EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DEL PARTIDO EN USO DE LAS FACULTADES Y ATRIBUCIONES QUE LE SON PROPIAS
DECRETA
ARTICULO 1º: Autorizase el aumento de Carrera Medica Hospitalaria, que se adeuda afectada a: 1110104000 - Secretaria de Salud Pública - 16 – Hospital Municipal – 1100 – Personal Permanente – 03 – Personal Profesional – 01 – Carrera Hospitalaria con retroactividad al 01 de Diciembre de 2020.

Además se pagará, si corresponde, bonificación por planta del 20% del sueldo básico no remunerativo y 20% sueldo básico remunerativo.
Bonificaciones por guardias (feriado, sábado y domingo), según las realizadas mensualmente y teniendo en cuenta la tabla que se encuentra a foja 78.
Antigüedad 2.5% del sueldo básico hasta 25 años.
Antigüedad 6% del sueldo básico de 25 a 30 años de aportes
Antigüedad 11% del sueldo básico de 30 años de aportes.
