VISTO:

Advirtiendo la existencia de un error de tipeo se consignó erróneamente en el punto 25 y 26 del Anexo I de la Ordenanza 47/18, en los puntos catastrales.-

CONSIDERANDO:  

La necesidad de corregir los mismos a fin de dictar el acto administrativo correspondiente.-

ORDENANZA

Por ello, EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE HIPÓLITO YRIGOYEN EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE

ORDENANZA

ARTÍCULO 1°)- RECTIFÍQUESE el punto 25 y 26 del Anexo I, Punto 25, Circ. V Secc. A Mz. 99 Parcela 15, $ 210.000,00 y Punto 26, Circ. V Secc. A Mz. 99 Parcela 16, $ 225.000,00.-

ARTÍCULO 2°)- COMUNÍQUESE, regístrese, publíquese y cumplido archívese.-
